What does it cost to get started in blogging with financial compensation?

I consider myself (along with others I know) a decent writer and researcher. I want to get started in blogging, but I have a financial compensation for the time that my blog site to work. I do not have a university degree, but I'm a college under my belt. (Most college work is the investigation and reporting, which is most of what I do at school.) As I said, what it means to take to get started, go wherever I was, what I do to use and how do I get started on. Thanks and have a nice day! PS I also have this question in the category Business and Finance required. Thank you for your time!

Try using ‘pay per post’ programs. Two suggestions are

ReviewMe (you need a somewhat popular blog to be approved)
    About Review Me http://www.articleswap.biz/articleswap/viewarticle.php?uID=100

Blogsvertise: (don’t think they are as stict for approvals but
you don’t get paid as much as Review Me.
